This Pinot Noir has fragrant aromas of black berry fruits, spice, cardamom and dried herbs. With cherry, raspberry, red and black currant and a hint of violets, the palate has layers of complexity with good minerality, fine tannins and a long finish.
Enjoy on its own or pair with fillet steak, lamb or flavoursome pork dishes.
This 3 Acres Pinot Noir is the perfect wine for all occasions. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 8 years.
"Brand new on the market, this raspberry, rhubarb, herb and cherry-centric pinot noir from Bannockburn (where the hills are so dry and dusty they’re practically ‘bald’) is lush, plush and all things ‘ush’ on the nose and palate. Fresh, juicy and showing highly skilled used of oak (French barriques for 12months with 28% of them being new) it’s highly floral and spice-toned all the way. Lifted and lithe – it’s a joy to sip."
