Supply of Liquor to Minors

We cannot supply wine to minors. You must be at least 18 years old to use this wine purchase facility in New Zealand. It is illegal to purchase wine if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal to provide false details to purchase wine. Other age limits may apply in countries outside of New Zealand.

Our Payment, Pricing and Currency Policy

Payment is by Visa and MasterCard credit card only. We do not accept debit card payment. All prices displayed on this site are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. We make every effort to ensure prices are correctly displayed on our site, but reserve the right not to proceed should an item have an incorrect price. If an item has an incorrect price we will advise you and provide an option to continue at the correct price or to cancel your order.

Your Purchase Security

Direct Payment Solutions Limited or its licensors (hereinafter referred to as DPS) are committed to protecting your privacy as an Internet user whenever you buy goods or services from a Merchant which uses Payment Express. The Merchant will generally be using Payment Express when the cardholder is using a credit or debit card over the Internet, Phone, Fax, Unattended or Integrated EFTPOS system. DPS recognizes its responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information which DPS acquires in connection with such a transaction, whether directly from the Cardholders or Merchant. DPS protects personal information (at a minimum) to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Please note however; DPS responsibility is limited to protection by DPS of information which DPS obtains. DPS itself cannot, of course, control the use or disclosure by your supplier of any information which they obtain from you.

Our Freight Terms

There is no minimum order quantity for purchase, however minimum freight within New Zealand is charged based on one 12 bottle case regardless of orders less than 12 bottles. Delivery time within New Zealand is normally between 1 to 5 working days.

We recommend and prefer “nzwinehome” for international door-to-door freight. Details on door-to-door freight charges and terms may be found on their web-site at www.nzwinehome.co.nz.  Bald Hills Wines is not responsible for taxes, duties, fees or additional charges that may be charged for international shipments. Our Returns Policy

Once a purchase is confirmed and dispatched, it is considered final. If you wish to cancel a transaction please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to cancel prior to dispatch. If we are able to cancel prior to dispatch we will provide a full refund. If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty or damaged, we will replace it upon your request. We may require the faulty or damaged item to be returned to us at our expense. Product is insured by us and our courier up to delivery at your shipping address only. We are not responsible for damage or theft of product once delivered.
Important: This Returns Policy applies to orders within New Zealand only and notification of a damaged or faulty product must be within 14 days of date of purchase.
