Our YASUHIRO Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is a special release wine that's only produced on selected vintages.
This is the first time the YASUHIRO is available for you to purchase online and we have a limited number of bottles available.
The YASUHIRO is a rich and beautifully balanced Pinot Noir with bright aromas of blackberry, plum, violets and spice. The palate is concentrated and savoury with black fruits, figs and spice. This wine is superbly rounded with fine tannins, supple texture and a lingering finish.

Winemaking Notes
The YASUHIRO is a limited release Pinot Noir crafted from our Clone 5 block of premium fruit parcels that were hand-picked between 16 and 31 March 2018.
The fruit was destemmed into open top fermenters before being inoculated with selected wine yeasts to carry out the fermentation.
The wine was aged in French oak barriques for 12 months, of which 33% was new oak.
Three barrels were then hand selected to make this special YASUHIRO Pinot Noir which is only released on selected vintages.
Enjoy this wine now or cellar for up to 10 years.
