Refund policy

Once a purchase is confirmed and dispatched, it is considered final. If you wish to cancel a transaction please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to cancel prior to dispatch. If we are able to cancel prior to dispatch we will provide a full refund. If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty or damaged, we will replace it upon your request. We may require the faulty or damaged item to be returned to us at our expense. Product is insured by us and our courier up to delivery at your shipping address only. We are not responsible for damage or theft of product once delivered.

Important: This Returns Policy applies to orders within New Zealand only and notification of a damaged or faulty product must be within 14 days of the date of purchase.
