New Release - Friends and Lovers 2023 Rosé
This is a wine for all occasions. Perfumed with peach, strawberry, cranberry, melon, rose petal and white flower. The palate is silky and lush with apricot, peach, sweet raspberry and cream. This deliciously dry style Rosé is complex with good concentration and a nectarine and melon finish.
Enjoy as an aperitif or as the perfect accompaniment to grilled chicken, fish or lamb with herbs.

Winemaking Notes
The fruit selected for this Rosé is 100% hand-harvested Pinot Noir (clones 115, 114 and 113). Harvest took place on the 4th and the 12th April 2023. The fruit was whole bunch pressed to a stainless steel tank for cold settling for two days. The juice was then racked and the juice inoculated with selected wine yeast. The cool fermentation was stopped to retain a touch of residual sugar.
