New Release - Friends and Lovers 2024 Rosé
From our Bannockburn vineyard in the heart of Central Otago, this deliciously dry style Rosé is handcrafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.
Aromas of white peach, apricot, strawberry, melon, rose petal and honeysuckle.
Bright entry with ripe stone fruit, pineapple and raspberries. Well balanced with good acidity on the mid palate and a subtle sweetness. The finish is long and refreshing with good minerality and hints of melon and ripe grapefruit.
Enjoy as an aperitif or as the perfect accompaniment to grilled chicken, fish or lamb with herbs.

Winemaking Notes
The fruit was hand harvested Pinot Noir. Harvest took place on 30th March till the 15th of April 2024. The fruit was whole bunch pressed to a stainless-steel tank for cold settling for two days. The juice was then racked, and the juice inoculated with selected wine yeast. The cool fermentation was stopped to retain a touch of residual sugar.
